Company employees are checking the surface quality of zinc-aluminum-magnesium products. Recently, our company's research institute successfully completed the industrial test of ultra-thin specifications of Chalco zinc-aluminum-magnesium products for photovoltaics, achieving full coverage of steel grades from 250 MPa to 550 MPa. After evaluation by the neutral salt spray test, the produced Chalco zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel plates have no red rust after 4,000 hours, with excellent surface quality and stable performance. They can meet various process requirements such as rolling, punching, and shaping, and are promised to be used for 30 years. The successful development of Chalco zinc-aluminum-magnesium products for photovoltaics has made the company one of the few domestic companies with the production capacity of zinc-aluminum-magnesium products in the three major systems of low aluminum, medium aluminum, and high aluminum, and has promoted the upgrading of coated steel plates.
